Anton Cebalo is a writer and historian who has been published in Aeon, Noema, The Guardian, The Brooklyn Rail, Palladium, 3 Quarks Daily, and other publications. He also publishes on Substack via his newsletter novum which has thousands of subscribed readers. His writing likes to combine literary, historical, and everyday observational perspectives.

He received his BA in history from Cornell University in 2017 and an MA in history from Leiden University in 2021.
